WHY INDUDA?
In the midst of all the noise and headlines are stories that we so often disregard, ones that define the true essence of our lives on earth. We choose to see things differently, using sound and motion in a meaningful way to stir up emotions, change narratives and champion change.
Induda was born out of the need to tell the resilient stories of communities, individuals and organisations. Stories from the remotest areas of Uganda are under represented, yet contribute immensely to the bigger cause of preserving our nature, tradition and cultures.
Our founders experienced firsthand the bull fighting sport in the beautiful mountains of Bududa, a place with history of recurrent mudslides and floods. The sport brought together thousand-strong crowds every weekend to watch bulls lock horns for glory, a story of sheer resilience in the midst of struggle itself. The sporting grounds were used as a platform to advocate for nature conservation, but also comfort each other in the aftermath of disaster. It was upon that experience that we created Induda to let the world know about this undying commitment to interdependence of nature, culture and traditions.
OUR MISSION
Ecosystem loss is a deeply complex and systemic issue which requires that everyone plays their part in exploring and supporting solutions. We strive to play our part by being a voice for the wild and these solutions, and encouraging a shared humanity between people and the rest of nature, where each can thrive.

Daniel does.
Daniel is an important director and part of our team who ensures that all decisions are made with integrity and consideration for all who stand to be affected. Elvi stands for all things wild and, as a keystone species, is pivotal to the way both the natural ecosystem, as well as our own internal ecosystem, functions.
